Free meal deliveries for eligible Medicaid members
Sparx coordinates free, medically-supported meal deliveries for people enrolled in qualifying New York State Medicaid plans in Brooklyn and the greater New York City area, through New York’s Health and Recovery social care programs. If a partner organization has referred you, or you think you may qualify, you can apply online.

Who this is for
You may qualify if:
- You’re enrolled in a qualifying New York State Medicaid plan
- You live in Brooklyn or the greater New York City area
- You’ve been referred by a partner organization, or you apply directly and are verified
- You have a health-related need for nutrition support
Eligibility is confirmed individually for every applicant. Submitting an application does not guarantee enrollment.
